About me

Hi, I’m Rajat, CSE Graduate, CompTIA Security+ and CEH certified. Ever since I was a little kid, hacking has been my passion. I still remember sitting in front of a Pentium chip loaded computer, gifted by my dad when I was in kindergarten. Grown-up playing Mario, HITMAN, and of course IGI. Growing up, my friends used to call me a computer engineer as I used to fix up their computers, making games to run on their PC, fixing .dll files issues, and much more.

Once in summers, my cousin was using Kali LINUX, not Windows. So, in curiosity, I asked what is this. He told me, I am undergoing Ethical Hacking training, so I am practicing that on Linux, OS designed for hacking (Simple explanation by him for a class 9th boy). He told me to learn basics like a programming language first to start with your career in this field. As I went through BASIC tutorials and coaching for language, it was almost magic, being able to get the computer to do whatever I wanted. I learned C, then C++, tearing through any books I could find. I was insatiable.

This passion carried me through my education at NIIT University. Here are more resources available than I could have ever imagined as a kid. I studied new languages like Java and Python, algorithms, higher mathematics, all with pretty much the same fascination that drove me as a kid. And it is here that I learned truly how much there is yet to learn. So, now, after making the foundation for my hacking career. I started learning Linux Basics through YouTube, completed Cyber Security Basics, and Ethical Hacking courses from Scratch. Currently, I work in the Advance Manufacturing and Mobility Industry sector in EY, helping clients with their Operational Technology (OT) security.
